Our Story

Spotless Janitorial really began when I was only a young boy. My Dad was the facilities manager for a church and private school. I began helping with the facilities when I was in grade school and felt very proud when given my own set of keys when I turned twelve. Keeping the large facility clean was my first job and only job through Junior High and High School.

When the Olympics came to Atlanta in 1996, I managed a crew which performed similar services for a large part of the Olympic Village.

After college, I became an Operations Manager and then a Branch Manager for a large Commercial Janitorial Service company where I managed a group of over 100 employees and several million square feet of facilities including government, medical, manufacturing, and varied other types of spaces.

Eventually I moved to managing the Environmental Services for Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC.

In 2017, it became evident that it was time to put my years of experience to the test by starting my own commercial janitorial service company. Since then, we have grown to service several local prestigious customers with whom we seek to cultivate meaningful relationships while meeting their janitorial needs. We pride ourselves in paying a high wage which allows us to hire and train quality employees who will treat you with respect and care as they clean our customer’s facilities.
